I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing virtual psychotherapy to adults across Ontario. My approach is warm, conversational, practical, and collaborative, drawing from DBT, CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, values-based therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.
Some of the things I can help you with
I most often work with adults in these areas, but you don’t need to fit perfectly into these categories for us to work together. If you’re dealing with something you don’t see listed here, feel free to reach out and we can explore whether I might be a good fit during a free 15-minute consultation.
Stress & Burnout
When life feels overwhelming or you’re running on empty, we’ll work together to reduce stress, build sustainable coping strategies, and create more balance.
People pleasing & Boundaries
Learn to recognize people-pleasing patterns, set healthier boundaries, and make choices that reflect your own needs and values.
Self-Esteem & Identity
Build a stronger sense of self, develop self-compassion, and explore who you are beyond the expectations of others.
Grief & Bereavement
Whether you’re grieving a person, relationship, or chapter of your life, we’ll make space for your experience and find ways to move forward while honouring what you’ve lost.
Anxiety & Distress
Develop practical tools to manage anxiety and other big emotions, quiet unhelpful thought patterns, and feel more confident navigating life’s uncertainties.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
A warm, affirming space to explore identity, relationships, coming out, and the unique experiences that can come with being LGBTQ+.

Burnout & Feeling Overwhelmed
When you’ve been running on empty for a while, it can be hard to know how to slow down without everything else falling apart. I offer virtual therapy for burnout and chronic stress in Ontario, helping you understand what’s contributing to your exhaustion and find more sustainable ways of managing work, responsibilities, and everyday life. Together, we can look at boundaries, expectations, perfectionism, and the patterns that keep you pushing through even when you’re running out of steam.
People-pleasing & Boundaries
If you’re constantly putting other people’s needs first, saying yes when you really mean no, or worrying about disappointing others, you may have learned to put your own needs somewhere near the bottom of the list. Therapy for people-pleasing can help you understand where these patterns come from while building greater confidence, self-trust, and healthier boundaries. My goal isn’t to turn you into someone who stops caring about other people. It’s to help you make room for yourself, too..

Anxiety & Overthinking
Anxiety can show up in a lot of ways: overthinking conversations, second-guessing yourself, worrying about what might go wrong, feeling constantly on edge, or struggling to switch your brain off. I provide virtual anxiety therapy across Ontario to help you better understand your thoughts and reactions, develop practical tools for managing anxiety, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. Therapy can also be a place to explore the deeper patterns behind anxiety, rather than simply trying to quiet it down.
If you’re nervous about starting therapy, you’re not alone. You don’t need to know whether it’s right for you before you begin. Sometimes, the best place to start is simply by showing up and seeing what happens
We’ll take it one step at a time.

When I’m not being a therapist…
I love campy 90’s movies (I can recite entire scenes of “Romy & Michele’s High School Reunion” by heart), collecting vinyl, and reading comic books. I enjoy gaming and lifting heavy things at the gym. Every now and then I make a little art, too! Basically, I’m just nerd (but a fun one!) and I am very okay with that.
